手术治疗挫伤性前房出血继发青光眼的临床效果观察（附14例报告）

目的 探讨挫伤性前房出血继发性青光眼的治疗方法。方法 对１４例（眼）挫伤性前房出血继发性青光眼采用结膜瓣下角膜缘切口的前房穿刺术，应用尿激酶、甲基纤维素、双管注吸针头清除前房积血。结果 术后前房出血消失，眼压得以控制。结论 挫伤性前房出血继发性青光眼因出血消失、阻塞的房角和瞳孔重新开放而缓解。此种手术治疗方法是治疗挫伤性前房出血继发青光眼有效、简便、安全的方法。

Effect of Operation on Secondary Glaucoma Following the Contusion Hyphema

Objective:To investigate the method to treat the secondary glaucoma following the contusion hyphema.Method:14 cases with secondary glaucoma following the contusion hyphema were treated by paracentesis of anterior chamber with the limbus incision under the conjunctive flap,applying urokinase,methylcellulose,duble tube porfusion aspiration apparatus to clear the hyphema.Result:Hyphema disappeared and intraocular pressure became normal after the operation.Conclusion:The secondary glaucoma following the contusion hyphema recovered after the hyphema that blocked the angle of anterior chamber and pupil had been cleared.This surgery is effective,simple and safe to treat the secondary glaucoma following the contusion hyphema.
