| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分度护理结合个性化护理表在自发性蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）患者的应用效果。方法选择神经外科病区医嘱为“一级护理”的自发性SAH住院治疗患者210例，随机分为干预组110例，对照组i00例，对照组采用常规方法对患者进行护理，干预组应用脑出血患者分级护理新标准和自发性蛛网膜下腔出血个性化护理表对患者实施护理。对两组患者在住院第2天、第5天、第10天的基础护理质量及其分级护理满意度进行比较；两组健康教育效果和护理工作满意情况进行比较。结果两组患者在住院第2天基础护理评价及分级护理满意度差异无显著意义，住院第5天、第10天评价得分差异明显，两组患者健康教育效果和护理工作满意情况比较差异有极显著意义。结论分级分度护理结合个性化护理表应用于自发性SAH患者，满足患者个性化需求，可有效提高护理质量。
