北京市顺义区2008年服务行业从业人员HBsAg和ALT检查结果分析

目的了解北京市顺义区服务行业从业人员乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）阳性和丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）异常状况，为卫生监督工作提供指导。方法用SPSS13．0统计软件分析顺义区2008年服务行业35367名从业人员的健康检查资料中HbsAg阳性及ALT异常情况。结果HBsAg阳性率为1．79％。ALT异常率为0．87％；男性HBsAg阳性率及ALT异常率（分别为2．38％和1．61％）均高于女性（分别为1．45％和0．44％），差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论该区服务行业从业人员HBsAg阳性率虽然较低，但仍应进一步加强卫生监督和疾病检测工作。

Analysis on HBsAg and ALT Examination Results of Employees in Service Industries in Shunyi District of Beijing City in 2008

Objective] To understand the abnormality of HBsAg and ALT among employees of service industries in Shunyi District of Beijing City, and provide guidance for health supervision. Methods ] The abnormal status of HBsAg and ALT of 35 367 service industries employees＂ health examination data was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 in 2008. Results ] The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.79%. ALT abnormal rate was 0.87%. HBsAg positive rate and ALT abnormal rate of male （ 2.38%, 1.61% respectively） were both higher than those of female （ 1.45%, O. 44% respectively）, the differences were significant （ both P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ] Though the HBsAg positive rate was low among employees of service industries in this district, it is necessary to further strengthen the Health monitoring and disease detection.
