| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (humanChorionicGonadotropin ,HCG)在妊高征病理生理过程中的变化及意义。方法 :用磁性分离酶联免疫 (ImmunoenzymetricAssay ,IEMA)方法测定了 3 2例妊高征患者血HCG的水平 ,并与同期正常妊娠妇女作了比较分析。结果 :妊高征组HCG水平较对照组有非常明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :动态测定妊娠晚期妇女血HCG水平可作为诊断妊高征的有价值指标 ,并对其预后有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the changes of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in serum of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) and the clinical significance of these changes.Method: The study group was of 32 pregnant women with PIH. The control group was 31 non PIH women. Serum HCG was measured by Immunoenzymetric Assay(IEMA).Results: Serum HCG levels in PIH women were significantly higher than in the control group women ( P <0.01).Conclusion: HCG in serum may serve as a useful marker to predict PIH. |
