儿童白内障摘除及后房型人工晶体植入的临床观察

１６例（２２只眼）４￣７岁儿童先天性或外伤性白内障摘除后，植入后房型人工晶体，术后随访１￣２年（平均１８个月），手术反应较轻，远期无不良并发症，视力恢复良好，同时对儿童植入人工晶体的最小年龄，屈光度的选择，术中，术后并发症处理等进行了讨论。

Clinical observation of posterior chamber lens implantation in children

Extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL)implan-tation was performed on 22 eyes of 16 patients with congenital or traumatic cataract and with ages rang-ing from 4 to 7 years old.The periods of follow-up were 1-2 years with a mean,18 months.The post-operative reaction was mild,no untoward complications occurred in the remote follow-up and the postop-erative visual acuities recovered well.The youngest age of IOL implantation,the choice of diopter of re-fraction and the management of intra and post-operative complications were discussed.
