干扰素对兔眼小梁切除术后滤过泡的影响

对干扰素抑制滤过性手术瘢痕形成的作用进行研究。对家兔进行小梁切除术，并于手术当时，术后第３天、７天、在滤过泡内注射干扰素１０万Ｕ，分别做滤过泡，滤过功能及扫描电镜观察。结果显示干扰素能改善滤过功能，减少瘢痕形成，可以试用于临床。

Effect of interferon on filtering blebs after trabeculectomy in rabbit eyes

A study on the suppressive effect of interferon on the formation of filtering surgical scar was carried out.Trabeculectomy was performed on 6 rabbit eyes,100000 Units of interferon were sub-conjunctivally injected at the filtering bleb during the operation and on the 3rd and 7th post-operative day.The filtering blebs,filtering function and the scanning electron microscopic examinations of the surgical areas of the walls of the globes were observed,The results show that interferon can reduce the scar,improve filtering function and can be tried clinically.
