胎儿及附属物异常的产前超声诊断

产前超声诊断主要是提高胎儿畸形的检出率，降低缺陷人口的出生，我院自2001年1月至今，采用彩色多普勒超声仪对孕18—24周的5280个孕妇，特别是高危孕妇进行系统产前超声筛查，共诊断胎儿及附属物异常241例，其中142例临床引产病理证实，11例无随访结果，1例误诊（肾多发性小囊肿诊断为多囊肾），余87例中，部分随着胎儿的发育恢复正常，部分出生后给予治疗修复。本文重点讨论了一些胎儿畸形部位及附属物异常的主要超声表现和超声特征，超声检查是方便而有效的手段，产前超声诊断是产前检查的重要部分。

The embryo and abnormal before delivery of adjunct surpass the sound diagnose

Objective： The prenatal ultrasonic diagnoses are mainly to raise the check rates of fetal anomaly, and reduce the births of defective population. Since January of 2001 up to the present, our Hospital, using color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, have been systematically examining 5280 gravida prenatal, especially those in critical conditions, in pregnancy for 18 - 24 weeks, and screening out 241cases of abnormal fetuses, or/and appendages, 142 cases of which had been demonstrated in clinically induced labor. 11 cases of the 241 had no results in visits afterwards , and one case of which had been misdiagnosed （as multiple follicular cyst for polycystic kidney ） . Some of the other 87 cases, along with their fetuses developing, had been back to normal, and some of the rest had been treated and repaired postnatally. This report is emphatically discussing the demonstrations and features for the locuses of the monstrous fetuses and abnormal appendages. Check -ups for pregnant women by ultrasonic wave have been an easy and effective way, and the prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis is an important measure in prenatal examination.
