改良根治术治疗乳腺癌106例效果观察

目的 :探讨改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的疗效。方法 :对采用改良根治术 1 0 6例 (A组 )和Halsted根治术 56例 (H组 )的乳癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和对比。结果 :1 62例中 ,1 4 1例获随访 (A组 92例 ,H组 49例 ) 2～ 8年。随访 3年以上 93例 (A组 61例 ,H组 32例 ) ,5年以上 58例 (A组 38例 ,H组 2 0例 )。A组和H组 3、5年生存率分别为 93 85 % ,65 52 %和 94 1 2 % ,60 52 % ;3、5年局部复发率为 6 1 5 % ,1 7 2 4 %和 5 88% ,1 9 35 % ,两组各指标均无显著差异 (P >0 0 5)。而A组患者上肢活动功能较H组明显为佳 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :改良根治术治疗乳腺癌 ,其根治性疗效同Halsted根治术 ,而患侧上肢功能好 ,并发症少 ,是一种有效、满意的方法。

Observation of the effect of modified radical mastectomy on breastcancer(106 cases)

Objective:To study the effect of modified radical mastectomy on breast cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 106 cases of breast cancer treated with modified radical mastectomy(group A) and 56 cases of breast cancer treated with Halsted radical mastectomy (group H)were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results:Of 162 cases,141cases were followed up for a period from 2 to 8 years.All of the 93 cases were followed up for more than 3 years(group A 61 cases,group H 32 cases),58 cases for more than 5 years( group A 38 cases,group H 20 cases).In group A and group H,the 3-and 5-year survival rate were 93.85%,65.52% and 94.12%,60.52%,the 3-and 5-year local recurrence rate were 6.15%,17.24% and 5.88%,19.35%,respectively there is on difference in two groups(P>0.05).The upper extremity function in group A was better than that in group H(P<0.01).Conclusions:Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer has similar effect as Halsted operation.Compared with group H,patients in group A have good function of upper extremity,and less complications.Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer is an effective and satisfactory method.
