| Abstract: | To explore how to establish the manage mode of disinfection and supply room through strengthening the management of architectural distribution and disinfection equipment,perfecting rules and regulations,making a humanized management to all the staff and importing PDCA manage mode for daily work of the disinfection and supply room in the new situation. Applied PDCA manage mode can elevate the quality and effect of the daily work of the disinfection and supply room. It provides a strong support for the development of hospital and better service for the patients. |
