腹腔镜联合胆道镜腹腔外微创保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石21例疗效分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜腹腔外微创保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的手术方法及疗效。方法：应用腹腔镜联合胆道镜对21例有症状的胆囊结石患者行腹腔外微创保胆取石手术。结果：手术均取得成功,术中基本无出血,手术时间40～110 min,平均66 min,住院3～5 d,随访3～9个月,症状基本消失,无复发,无胆漏、胆道出血等并发症发生。结论：腹腔镜联合胆道镜腹腔外微创保胆取石术是胆囊结石安全、有效、微创的治疗方法。

Efficacy analysis of treating 21 cases cholelithiasis with a mini-invasive operation out of the peritoneal cavity by laparoscopy conbined with choledochoscope for preservation of cholecyst and removal of calculus

Objective： To evaluate the method and effect of treating cholelithiasis with a mini-invasive operation out of the peritoneal cavity by laparoscopy conbined with choledochoscope for preservation of cholecyst and removal of calculus.Methods： 21 patients with cholelithiasis who underwent a mini-invasive operation out of the peritoneal cavity by laparoscopy conbined with choledochoscope for preservation of cholecyst and removal of calculus were studied.Results： The operations of all the cases were success with no complication.The phenomenon of bleeding was avoided.The operation time was 40-110 min（average 66 min）,the average hospitalization was 3-5 days.The patients were followed 3-9 months,all the 21 cases cured with success and no accompanying disease happened.Conclusion： Treating cholelithiasis in a mini-invasive operation out of the peritoneal cavity by laparoscopy conbined with choledochoscope for preservation of cholecyst and removal of calculus is a safe and effective way to treat the cholelithiasis whil eproviding a minimally invasive procedure.
