正交设计法选择依达拉奉的合成条件

摘    要:目的利用正交设计法筛选依达拉奉合成产率高的原料配比和反应条件。方法采用正交设计法的四因素三水平L9(3)^4试验方案,经过直观分析和方差分析筛出最佳反应条件。结果最佳试验条件是苯肼一乙酰乙酸乙酯(1:1)、乙醇用量30mL(当苯肼用量为0.2mol时)、加热回流7ho结论该试验方案原料简单,操作方便,试验条件比较容易实现;每次收率都大于80%,并且达到了较好的产品质量,产品熔点为127,127.8℃;红外图谱与文献报道一致。

Abstract:Objective To screen the factors of the synthesis for edaravone through orthogonal design method. Methods According to the orthogonal design method, 4 factors and 3 levels were adopted to synthesis of edaravone. Results The best exraction synthesis of edaravone is A1B1C3. Conclusion The factors of synthesis need to be set more exactly, steps of synthesis need to be optimized so as to elevate the yield of product.
