脑梗死偏瘫病人的早期康复循证护理

目的]运用循证护理思维方法,探讨脑梗死偏瘫病人早期康复护理策略。方法]采用单盲法将30例脑梗死偏瘫病人分为循证组(16例)和对照组(14例),循证组采用运动再学习法(MRP)进行训练,对照组采用常规康复训练程序。观察两组病人康复训练效果。结果]经过4周的康复训练后,循证组简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)评分与训练前比较有统计学意义,其中下肢功能的改善最为明显。对照组的上肢、下肢运动功能评分也有一定提高,但改善的程度不如循证组。两组病人康复训练4周后的FMA和功能独立性简测量表(FIM)评分的改善情况具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]运用循证护理方法,可促进急性期脑梗死偏瘫病人的康复。

Evidence-based nursing on early rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia

Objective: To probe into the nursing strategies of early rehabilitation for cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia by applying evidence-based nursing care. Method: A total of 30 cerebral infarction patients complicated with hemiplegia were divided into test and control group by single blind method. Patients of test group were trained by doing exercise and learning. While patients of control group were trained as routinely. Then training effect of the two groups cases have been observed. Result: After four weeks rehabilitative training, the patients of test group made a significant difference in their FMA scale compared to that of before the training. Lower extremity function of them had been improved remarkably. Both the upper and the lower extremity motor function of control group cases had been improved to a certain degree but not as good as in test group. There is a significant difference in terms of the improvement of FMA and FIM between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing care could promote the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplesia of acute stage.
