| 摘 要： | 目的:为了适应卫生改革趋势,提高医院经济效益,提出开展护理成本研究的实际意义.方法:探讨国内外护理成本研究的发展趋势,提出我国护理成本研究应值得思考的问题.结果:构建护理成本核算体系,建立有效的效益分析,提出护理管理应重视护理价值、成本、需求.结论:我国护理成本核算尚在初始阶段,迫切需要医院内各层管理者的支持和参与.

| Abstract: | Purpose: to meet the need of health reform and enhance the hospital's economic benefit, it outlines the real implication forconducting study on hospital's nursing cost. Method: in exploring the development of study on hospital's nursing cost in China and abroad, itoutlines the issues that deserve thinking in study on hospital's nursing cost in China. Result: to construct a calculation system for nursing cost,to set up effective benefit analysis, it outlines that nursing management should pay attention to the value, cost and need for nursing. Conclusion:nursing cost calculation in China is in an initial phase, the support and participation from the managers at various levels are urgently needed. |
