摘    要:目的 对枸杞酒中6种矿物质元素Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn和Cu的溶出规律进行研究.方法 采用传统药酒泡制方法配制枸杞酒,高压密封消解法消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)检测.结果 枸杞酒泡制过程中Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu含量随浸泡时间的溶出动力学方程回归关系极显著(P<0.01),Mg、Fe溶出速度快,15 d时就已达到溶出平衡点,其它元素在30 d内还未达到溶出最大量.从药酒中各元素的溶出率来看,30d时累积溶出率以Cu最高(65.93%),其次为Fe(58.29%)、Mg(47.11%)和Zn(42.61%),Ca(19.88%)和Mn(17.62%)的累积溶出率都较低.结论 枸杞酒中6种矿物质元素溶出规律明显,可用于从矿物质元素角度理解枸杞酒中的化学组成和安全功效性及为药酒的日常饮用提供参考.
