| 摘 要： | 报道5例成人结核性肺门和纵隔淋巴结炎,临床上都曾以纵隔肿瘤、肺癌或何杰金氏病而误诊误治。本文讨论了本病的临床和 X 线特点。

| Abstract: | This paper gives an account of five adult patients who attended hospital withtuberculosis of a far less common pattern.Their chest radiagraph showed obviousparatracheal or/and hilar lymphadenopathy unilaterally or bilaterally,with orwithout associated parenchymal lesions.Two cases having a resemblance of medias-tinal and brochial malignancy and thus exploratory thoracotomy were performed.Another two patients suspected of Hodgkin's disease were treated with a courseof radiotherapy or chemotherapy.presenting symptoms in all these five cases are non-specific and the roentgen-ographic appearance varied.The lymphadenopathies were responsive to antitubercu-lous regimen.This possibility should be in the the differential diagnosis ofmediastinal lymphadenopathy,especially in young adult femal patient.Biopsymay be necessary to establish the definite diagnosis. |
