| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ＣＤ４４ｖ６基因在不同乳腺组织的表达及其与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法：采用免疫组化Ｓ－Ｐ法对１１３例不同乳腺组织进行ＣＤ４４ｖ６表达的研究。结果：ＣＤ４４ｖ６阳性表达率在乳腺癌组织（９６．７％）明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤（５０．０％）和正常乳腺组织（１３．３％）（Ｐ〈０．０５），但淋巴结转移灶（２２．２％）明显低于原发癌灶（１００％）（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：ＣＤ４４ｖ６基因高表达可作为判断乳

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between the CD 44 v6 expression in variant breast tissues and the lymph node metastasis of breast cancer Methods: The CD 44 v6 expression in 113 samples of breast tissues were studied by immunohistochemical S-P technique Results: It was found that the expression of CD 44 v6 in breast cancers were significantly higher than those in benign breast tumor and normal breast tissue ( P< 0 01) The intensive expression of CD 44 v6 in cases with lymph node metastases were significantly higher than those withiout metastasis ( P< 0 05) However, the intensive expression of CD 44 v6 in metastatic lymph nodes were significantly lower than those in primary breast cancer tissue ( P< 0 05) Conclusion: The results suggest that high expression of CD 44 v6 can be a clinical parameter of breast cancer with metastatic potential and the elevation of CD 44 v6 expression may take place before metastasis ocurred |
