贲门胃底切除余胃食管直接吻合治疗残胃贲门癌

目的：减少残胃贲门癌全胃切除术后常见并发症的发生。方法：应用贲门胃底切除、余胃食再吻合术治疗１０例残胃贲门癌。结果：全组术后无吻合口瘘、胃食管返流和吻合口狭窄等并发症，病理检查均未发现切缘癌残留。结论：本术式保留部分正常胃体，比全胃切除更符合解剖生理功能，并且可有效地减少全胃切除术后发生的多种并发症。

Remnant Cardiac Cancer Treated with Cardio-fundal Resection and Reanastomosis of Esophagus to the Remnant Stomach

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of this technique in treating remnant cardiac cancer instead of total gastrectomy which has many postoperative complications Methods: Ten cases of remnant cardiac cancer were treated with cardio-fundal resection and reanastomosis of esophagus to the remnant stomach Results: No anastomotic leakage, stricture or gastro-esophageal reflux occurred, and no marginal cancer of the residual stomach was observed histologically Conclusion: This operation is easy to perform and no time consuming with the tumor to be thoroghly resected Because the remnant stomach is preserved so the digestive function remained well and the complications of total gastrectomy can be reduced as well
