| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹腔镜卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术的疗效及安全性。方法：回顾分析2006年1月至2008年1月我院行腹腔镜卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术116例患者的临床资料。结果：116例均用腹腔镜完成手术,无一例中转开腹,术后4例出现下腹隐痛。手术时间35～135min,平均（62.0±0.5）min,术中出血5～400ml,平均（38.0±0.5）ml,住院时间4～7d,平均（5.0±0.3）d。结论：腹腔镜卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术是一种安全有效的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect and safety with laparoscopic surgery to treat the benign ovarian tumor.Methods:One hundred and sixteen cases of benign ovarian tumor by laparoscopy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:One hundred and sixteen cases were completed by laparoscopy successfully,no case was converted to laparotomy.The operating time was 35-135min,mean(62.0±0.5)min,blood loss was 5-400ml,mean(38.0±0.5)ml.The time of hospitalization was 4-7d,mean(5.0±0.3)d.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery to treat the benign ovarian tumor is safe and effective. |
