| 摘 要： | 目的观察车前番泻颗粒治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性功能性便秘病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组服用车前番泻颗粒,对照组服用番泻叶,疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组有效25例,总有效率87%,对照组显效16例,总有效率53%(P<0.05)。结论与番泻叶比较,车前番泻颗粒起效慢,成瘾性小,副作用少,更适于慢性功能性便秘的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the Clinical curative effect of plantain and senna granules in treatment of chroniC fullctional constipation.Methods 60 patients with chronic functional constipation are randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Treatment group was treated With plantain and senna granules for one month,while control group was treated With folium sennae.Results 25 cases of the treatment group got effectiveness,with a total effective rate of 87%,while 16 cases of the control group got effectiveness with a total effective rate of 53%.The curative effect in treatment group was obviously better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that plantain and senna granules have a more satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of chronic functional constipation compared with folium sennae. |
