地榆栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

[目的]探讨中药地榆粉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的作用机理。[方法]对120例子宫肌瘤患者行超选择性子宫动脉插管造影和栓塞治疗,观察栓塞治疗效果及术后3～12个月随访患者症状改变情况。[结果]子宫动脉造影显示子宫肌瘤为富血管性肿瘤,TUAE治疗后治疗组有84.31%,对照组有83.33%,患者月经量减少,并逐渐恢复正常;术后2个月复查,治疗组有80.95%,对照组有77.5%,患者血红蛋白值达到正常水平。随访患者中,治疗组肌瘤大小平均缩小为73.2%,对照组缩小为70.1%。[结论]地榆粉在介入栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤中,比其他栓塞材料更具优越性和安全性,为子宫肌瘤治疗开辟了一种新的治疗途径。

Garden Burnet Embolism in the Treatment of the Fibroid Clinical Observation
