脑静脉窦血栓形成的影像学检查及临床特征

目的:探讨脑静脉窦血栓形成(CVT)的临床特征及影像学特点,以寻求早期识别的征象及影像策略。方法:对62例经MR或/和DSA确诊为CVT的患者临床资料及影像学特点进行回顾性分析,并予抗凝治疗。结果:62例患者中有60例有非特异性头痛,其中56例行MRI+MRV检查确诊为CVT的有54例,32例经DSA检查均确诊为DVT。结论:CVT的临床表现缺乏特异性,MRI+MRV检查是诊断DVT的首选方法,DSA是诊断CVT的"金标准"。

The Clinical and Radiologic Features of Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis

Objective:To study the early clinical manifestations and imaging characteristics of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVT),in order to make an early diagnosis and form a radiologic intenvention strategy.Methods:Clinical manifestations and imaging features of 62 CVT patients diagnosed by MR and/or DSA were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Sixty out of 62 patients showed non-specific headache.Fifty-four out of 56 patients were definitely diagnosed to have CVT by MRI combined with MRV.In 32 patients,the diagnosis was confirmed by DSA.Conclusions:No specific clinical features was identified for CVT.MRI in combination with MRV was the choice for diagnosing the disorder.DSA was the"golden standard".
