清肺健脾法治疗肺心病急性发作期临床研究

目的观察清肺健脾法治疗肺心病急性发作期的疗效.方法将患者 93例随机分为两组,均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用清肺健脾中药,对照组加用清肺化痰中药.结果 两组总有效率相近,但治疗组显效率高于对照组;两组症状均有改善,但治疗组喘促、痰液粘稠、纳差、气短、乏力等改善优于对照组;治疗后两组血气分析改善相近.结论 清肺健脾法可明显改善肺心病急性发作期患者的症状,并提高临床疗效.

Clinical Study on Treatment for Acute Paroxysm Phase of Chronic Cor Pulmonale with the Therapy of Cleaning away Lung-Heat and Invigorating the Spleen

To observe the curative effect of the Therapy of Cleaning away Lung-Hect and Invigoration the Spleen for acute paroxysm phase of chronic cor pulmonale.Methods:93 patients were randomly divided into two groups.All patients received the routine therapy of WM,while those in the therapeutic group received Decoction of Cleaning away Lung-Heat and Invigorating the Spleen in addition,and those in the controlled group received Decoction of Clearing-Lung and Resolving-Phlegm.Results:Both groups had similar total effective rate,and the effective rate of the therapeutic group was higher than that of the controlled group.Symptoms of the two groups were improved.Pangting,thickness of sputum,bad appetite,shortness of breath,tiredness in the therapeutic group improved more better than those in the controlled group.After treatment,the two groups'ABS were similar.Conclusion:The Therapy of Cleaning away Lung-Heat and Invigoration the Spleen can clearly improve symptoms of patients with acute paroxysm phase of chronic cor pulmonale and the clinical curative effect.
