痘疹状胃炎69例分析

本文报道69例痘疹状胃炎的研究,本组X线发现率为2.77％,观察结果表明:本病40岁以上多见(73.91％),多发性多见(97.10％),胃窦局限型多见(84.06％)。胃窦局限型与弥漫型的溃疡伴发率无显著差异。文中对痘疹状胃炎X线征象与病理基础的相应关系进行了讨论。作者认为“痘疮征”是本病的基本的具有决定性诊断意义的X线征象。又指出胃双重对比薄钡相是检查本病的最有效的X线检查方法。

Varioliform Gastritis 69 Cases

A study of 69 cases of varioliform gastritis detected among 2488 double contrast examination of the stomach was reported. The discovering rate was 2. 77%. The results of observation showed:this disease more often occured in persons older than 40 years (73. 91 % ) ;In 97.10% of cases the lesions were multiple;the le-sions located most frepuently at the gastric antrum(84. 06%). In this-series,the difference of the associating rate of ulcer between the antrum local type and the diffusion type was not signifi cant. The relationship be-tween the X -ray signs and the pathological basis was discussed. " Variola sign"was considered by the au-thors to be a basie and decisive diagnostic X - ray sign. The double contrast barium thin - layer phase of stomach was the most efficidnt X - ray method in the detection of varioliform gastritis.
