凹形龈缘基桩的镍铬合金全冠的边缘适合性研究

摘    要:目的 :考察凹形龈缘和肩台龈缘种植体基桩的镍铬合金冠在粘接后的边缘适合性。方法 :通过精密机床技术加工凹形龈缘和肩台龈缘基桩的有机玻璃代型 2 4个 ,分别用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀和磷酸锌水门汀粘接基桩和各自的镍铬合金全冠 ,通过片切法在体视显微镜下测量全冠的边缘适合性。结果 :在使用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀时 ,凹形龈缘组金属全冠的边缘浮出量 (5 2 .6 7μm)与肩台龈缘组 (5 7.88μm)之间的差别无统计学意义 ,但均显著低于使用磷酸锌时的边缘浮出量 ;在使用磷酸锌水门汀时 ,凹形龈缘组的边缘浮出量 (1 2 2 .71 μm)显著小于肩台龈缘组 (1 5 9.0 8μm)。 结论 :氧化锌丁香酚水门汀引起的金属全冠的边缘适合差异显著低于磷酸锌水门汀。金属全冠在使用氧化锌丁香酚水门汀时的边缘适合性受预备体龈缘形态的影响很小 ,而在使用磷酸锌水门汀时受到显著影响 ,凹形龈缘比肩台龈缘更有利于全冠的边缘封闭

Abstract:Objective: To observe the marginal fit of Ni Cr alloy crown cemented on implant abutments with chamfer margin and shoulder margin. Methods: 24 plexiglass dies of implant abutments with chamfer margin and shoulder margin were finely processed through the precision machine tool. Zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE) and zinc phosphate (ZP) were respectively used to cement the Ni Cr alloy crowns on their dies of abutments,and the cross sectioned technique was used to measure the marginal opening of cemented crowns. Results: The difference of the marginal opening of chamfer margin (52.67 μm) and shoulder margin (57.88 μm) crowns had no statistical significance for ZOE,while the marginal opening of both were significantly smaller than those for ZP. When ZP was used,the marginal opening of shoulder margin group (159.08 μm) was statistically higher than that of chamfer margin group (122.71 μm). Conclusion: The marginal discrepancy of metal crowns with ZOE is significantly smaller than that of crowns with ZP. The different shape of abutment margin has little influence on the marginal fit of crowns for ZOE and had important influence for ZP,and the chamfer margin is superior to shoulder margin for the marginal sealing of metal crowns.
