血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1和白介素-6检测在急性胰腺炎患者中的临床意义

探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(SICAM-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)的水平变化及临床意义。采用ELISA法测定56例AP患者和20例正常对照组血清SICAM-1和IL-6水平。结果显示,AP患者血清SICAM-1、IL-6水平明显高于正常对照组(P均<0．01);重症AP组患者血清SICAM-1、IL-6水平明显高于轻症AP组(P均<0．01)。提示SICAM-1、IL-6参与了急性胰腺炎的发生发展过程,其水平变化与AP病情变化密切相关,联合检测有助于了解病情发展。
