育龄期功能失调性子宫出血的T淋巴细胞亚群变化

为探讨功能失调性子宫出血的病理基础、内分泌改变与免疫功能变化之间的关系，用放射免疫测定了66例成人功血患者（分有排卵组30例和无排卵组36例）的血浆FSH、LH、PRL、E2、T，同时用间接免疫荧光法检测其外周血淋巴细胞的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD20。结果与正常对照组比较显示：有排卵组FSH和E2水平较低（P＜0．05），PRL水平较高（P＜0．01），CD4和CD4／CD8降低（P＜0．01），CD8升高（P＜0．01）；无排卵组LH、PRL、E2、T均较对照组高（P＜0．01），CD3、CD4、及CD4／CD8均较低，CD20则呈现升高（P＜0．05）。提示：成人功血的病理过程与免疫功能变化的关系密切。

The Changes in Lymphocyte Subsets in Women of Childbearing Age with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

To study the relationship of the pathology and endocrinology to the immunology of adult dysfunctional utetrine bleeding, 30 patients in ovulatory group and 36 patients in anovulatory group were examined. The FSH, LH, PRL,E, and T were measured with RIA and the CD3 ,CD4 , CD8 and CD20 were examined with indrect immunofluorenscent method.Comparing with normal control group,the results demonstrated:the levels of the FSH and E2 were lower(p<0. 05), that of PRL and CD8 were higher(P<0.01 ), the percentage of CD4 and the ratio of CD4 /CD8 were lower (P<0. 01)in the ovulatory group ;the levels of LH,PRL, Ea and T were higher(P<0. 01 ), the percentage of CD3 and CD4 and the ratio of CD4 /CD8 were lower(P<0.01 ) and the percentage of CD20 was higher (P<0. 05) in anovulatory group. It suggests that the pathology of adult dysfunctional uterine bleeding is associated with immunology.
