针灸配合中药治疗小儿单纯性目劄60例临床观察

目的观察针灸配合中药治疗儿童目劄的临床疗效。方法 102例儿童目劄患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例采用针灸配合中药治疗,对照组42例给予常规西药治疗,比较两组疗效、治愈率、平均治愈时间及复发率,观察疗效并进行临床分析比较。结果治疗组有效率97.30%,平均治愈时间6.2d,复发率3.3%;对照组有效率76.19%,平均治愈时间12.3d,复发率25%。两组间疗效差异有显著性意义。结论针灸配合中药治疗儿童目劄症具有明显效果,治愈率高,能显著缩短疗程,并且明显降低复发率。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Simple Nictitation in Children

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple nictitation in children.Methods 102 cases of children with simple nictitation were randomized into two groups.The treatment group of 60 patients used acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The control group of 42 patients was treated with conventional Western medicine.The therapeutic effect, the cure rate, the average healing time and recurrence rate were clinically analyzed and compared.Results In the treatment group, the effective rate was 97.30%, the average healing time was 6.2d, and the recurrence rate was 3.3%.In the control group, the effective rate was 76.19%, the average healing time was 12.3d, and the recurrence rate was 25%.Differences between the two groups were significant.Conclusions Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of simple nictitation in children has obvious effect and high cure rate, can significantly shorten the course of treatment, and significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
