| 摘 要： | 目的痤疮好发于青春期,是一种以颜面、胸及背部见黑头或白头粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿及疤痕为主要表现的损容性皮肤病。研究旨在观察仙方活命饮加减内服治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法收集符合纳入标准的门诊患者49例,以仙方活命饮为基础方,随症加减,煎液内服治疗痤疮。结果治愈20例,好转22例,未愈7例,总有效率85.7%。结论仙方活命饮加减内服治疗痤疮疗效满意。

Clinical Experience of Xianfang Huoming Drink in the Treatment of Acne |

| Abstract: | Objective Acne is a kind of discosmetic dermatosis and commonly seen in puberty .It shows mainly the blackhead , whitehead , papule, pustule, nodule, cyst and scar on face, chest or back.The paper aims to survey the clinical effect of modified Xianfang Huoming drink in the treatment of acne .Methods Collecting 49 clinical patients who met the inclusion criteria , they took orally decoction based on Xianfang Huoming drink with modification according to symptoms .Results 20 cases clinical patients were cured , 22 cases clinical patients improved, 7 cases clinical patients were invalid , and the total effective rate was 85.7%.Conclusion The modified Xianfang Huoming drink in the treatment of acne has satisfactory curative effect . |
