三仁汤加味治疗脾胃湿热型萎缩性胃炎30例

目的观察三仁汤合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎60例患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。治疗组给予三仁汤合柴胡疏肝散煎剂治疗,每日1剂,早晚分服。对照组采用西药治疗,疗程为半年。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论三仁汤合柴胡疏肝散治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效明显,优于对照组。

Modified Sanren Decoction in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen-Stomach Dampness-Heat Syndrome for 30 Cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Sanren decoction and Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome . Methods 60 cases chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 30 patients.The treatment group received Sanren decoction and Chaihu shugan powder , one dosage each day at morning and evening .The control group used Western medicine.The course of treatment was half a year .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Sanrenl decoction and Chaihu shugan powder in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen -stomach dampness-heat syndrome was significantly better than that of the control group .
