Clinical Experience of Liu Baoshan chief physician in Treating Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable bowel syndrome is a relatively common chronic gastrointestinal disorder , and it has high incidence .At present , there is no drug on the IBS has the exact effect , and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of IBS has a good curative effect .This paper mainly summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in TCM , the composition , compatibility significance , clinical application of the Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction , and introduced the understanding and clinical treatment of Liu Baoshan Director in applying TCM syndrome differentiation on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome .
