针刀结合穴位埋线治疗慢性胃炎胃镜观察

目的观察针刀松解术结合穴位埋线治疗对慢性胃炎患者胃镜观察的影响。方法将112例慢性胃炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组57例采用针刀松解术结合穴位埋线治疗,对照组55例采用常规西药口服治疗,比较两组治疗前后胃镜检查积分的变化,并比较其胃镜检查疗效。结果两组治疗后,胃镜检查评分均明显改善,与对照组比较,观察组改善更明显(P0.01)。胃镜疗效比较:观察组57例中,治愈21例,显效12例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率为86.0%;对照组55例中,治愈14例,显效9例,有效15例,无效17例,总有效率为69.1%。两组疗效比较,差异具有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论针刀松解术结合穴位埋线治疗可显著改善慢性胃炎患者胃镜检查积分,提高胃镜检查疗效,且作用明显优于对照组。

Observation on Gastroscopy of Acupotomy combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

Objective To observe the effect of acupotomy lysis combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of chronic gastritis on gastroscopy observation.Methods 112 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 57cases in observation group and 55 cases in control group.The observation group was treated with Acupotomy lysis combined with acupoint catgut embedding.The control group used electro-acupuncture treatment.Before and after the treatment, the changes in the gastroscopy scores and the effect of endoscopic examination of the two groups were compared .Results After treatment, gastroscopy scores of the two groups were significantly improved, comparing with the control group, the observation group improved more significantly (P<0. 01).In the observation group of 57 cases, 21 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 16 cases were effective, 8 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 86%.In the control group of 55cases, 14 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 17 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 69.1%.There were significant differences in therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Acupotomy lysis combined with acupoint catgut embedding can significantly improve the chronic gastritis patients with gastroscopy integral and the curative effect of gastroscope examination , and the effect was significantly better than the control group.
