| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医综合疗法治疗淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将2013年5月—2015年5月我科收治的82例淤胆型肝炎患者随机分成对照组和观察组,对照组给予西医治疗,观察组给予中西医综合疗法,记录资料并进行回顾性分析。结果观察组总有效率大于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西医综合疗法治疗淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效肯定。

Effect on Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Cholestatic Hepatitis |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of silt bile hepatitis. Methods From May 2013 to May 2015, 82 cases admitted in our department silt bile hepatitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given Western medicine treatment, the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy, and data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis has definite clinical curative effect. |
