滋肾活血汤治疗月经过少肾虚血瘀证临床观察

目的探讨滋肾活血汤在子宫内膜薄致月经过少肾虚血证治疗中的应用效果。方法选取84例子宫内膜薄致月经过少肾虚血瘀证患者随机分为两组(各42例),对照组实施常规西药治疗,研究组应用滋肾活血汤,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的中医证候积分显著低于对照组,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显大于对照组,P0.05。结论对子宫内膜薄致月经过少肾虚血瘀证患者应用滋肾活血汤,能有效增加子宫内膜厚度,改善月经过少症状,临床疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on Zishen Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome with Hypomenorrhea

Objective To investigate the application effect of Zishen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with hypomenorrhea induced by thin endometrium .Methods 84 cases of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with hypomenorrhea induced by thin endometrium were randomly divided into two groups ( n=42 ) .The control group was treated with routine Western medicine , and the research group was treated with Zishen Huoxue decoction .The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome integral of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group , the total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group , the thickness of the endometrium of the research group was significantly larger than that of the control group , P<0.05.Conclusion Zishen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with hypomenorrhea induced by thin endometrium can effectively increase the thickness of the endometrium, improve the symptoms of the patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome , and has definite clinical effect .
