2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱患者中医证型与血清ADPN、ASP关系

目的探讨2型糖尿病血脂异常患者的中医证候分布特点以及各证型与冠心病预测因子血清ADPN、ASP之间的关系。方法对300例2型糖尿病血脂异常患者进行中医证候学调查及血清ADPN、ASP的检测,运用统计学方法进行分析。结果 300例患者中,痰湿阻遏、气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚、血瘀脉络、脾肾阳虚和其他证型的病例数分别为105、84、39、34、12、26,血瘀脉络型患者ADPN最低(P0.05,或P0.01),血瘀脉络型、痰湿遏阻型2型糖尿病脂代谢紊乱患者ASP最高(P0.05,或P0.01)。结论2型糖尿病血脂异常以痰湿阻遏和气阴两虚证型最为常见,血瘀脉络型、痰湿阻遏型患者发展为冠心病的可能性较大。

Relationship between Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Type and Serum ADPN,ASP of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Lipid Metabolism Disorder

Objective To investigate TCM symptoms distribution characteristics among the patients with type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia and the relationship between the symptoms and the predictors of serum ADPN , ASP of coronary heart disease .Methods 300 cases of type 2 diabetes carried out TCM symptoms , and serum ADPN, ASP were checked.The results were analyzed by statistical methods .Results Among 300 patients, phlegm dampness repression , deficiency of both qi and yin , yin deficiency of liver and kidney , blood stasis context , yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and other syndromes were 105 cases, 84 cases, 39 cases, 34 cases, 12 cases and 26 cases, respectively, and the blood stasis context had the lowest ADPN (P<0.05, or P<0.01).The blood stasis type and phlegm dampness repression type 2 diabetes patients had the highest lipid metabolism ASP (P<0.05, or P<0.01).Conclusion The phlegm dampness repression and deficiency of both qi and yin among the patients with type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia are the most common .The possibility of developing coronary heart disease in patients with blood stasis type and phlegm dampness repression patients is larger .
