辨证施护对肝郁脾虚型抑郁的观察

目的观察中医辨证施护对肝郁脾虚型抑郁的效果观察。方法将辽宁省丹东市第三医院精神科2014年1月—2015年4月以肝郁脾虚型抑郁为诊断的患者65例采用随机分组的方法分为两组,对照组32例采用常规西医护理,常规西药帕罗西汀20mg,1次/日,睡前口服治疗,治疗组33例在对照组的基础上予以中医辨证施护。治疗周期为一个月,一个月后观察临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、临床护理满意度。结果治疗组痊愈10例,显效19例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.97%。对照组痊愈3例,显效11例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率75.00%;临床疗效、HAMD评分、护理满意度两组对比均(P0.05)差异均具有统计学意义。结论中医辨证施护对肝郁脾虚型抑郁疗效满意,抑郁症状改善明显,护理满意度高,值得临床推广。

Observation on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Nursing on Depression of Stagnation of Liver Qi and Spleen Deficiency

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing on depression of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency.Method 65 cases of patients with depression of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency in the Psychiatric Department, Dandong City Third Hospital, Liaoning from January 2014 to April 2015 were randomized into two groups.The control group of 32 patients used conventional Western treatments and conventional medicine paroxetine 20mg, 1 time /day, orally at bedtime.The treatment group of 33 cases was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment period was one month. After one month, the clinical effect, Hamilton depression Scale (HAMD) score and clinical nursing satisfaction were observed.Results In the treatment group, 10 cases were cured, 19 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was invalid, and the total effective rate was 96.97%.In the control group, 3 cases were cured, 11 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were effective, 8 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 75.00%.The clinical effect, HAMD score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically significant differences ( P<0.05) .Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on depression of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency had satisfactory effect, symptoms were improved significantly, and had high nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
