中西医结合治疗高血压效果及生存质量评价

目的观察高血压病应用中西医结合治疗对临床效果及生存质量的影响。方法选取辽宁省凌海市中医院2014年1月—2015年1月诊治142例原发性高血压患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组各71例,对照组根据患者的病情及器官损伤程度给予钙离子通道拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素受体阻断剂等相应的药物治疗,再根据患者的症状制定正确的饮食及作息方案;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加中药辨证施治。结果两组高血压患者干预前生活质量各个项目之间比较均无显著性差异(P0.05),治疗8周观察组生理症状评分(1.07±0.24)、躯体化症状评分(1.28±0.22)、睡眠状况评分(1.28±0.32)、焦虑及强迫症状评分(1.45±0.39)均低于对照组的(1.88±0.23)、(1.81±0.29)、(1.79±0.34)、(1.87±0.38)(P0.05);治疗总有效率95.77%高于对照组的85.92%(P0.05)。结论中医中药治疗原发性高血压能够从根本上改善患者阴阳平衡、气血瘀滞等,提高临床症状及生活质量,是值得研究推广的治疗方案。

Evaluation on the Effect and Quality of Life of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertension

Objective To observe the clinical effect and quality of life of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of hypertension . Method 142 primary hypertension patients in Linghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group , and each group had 71 cases.The control group was given calcium channel antagonists , angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor , angiotensin receptor blocking agent and the corresponding drug treatment according to the patient's condition and the degree of organ damage , and took correct diet and schedule plan according to the symptoms of the patients . The observation group was given treatment based on syndrome differentiation on basis of the control group .Results Before intervention , the quality of life among the various projects showed no significant difference ( P >0.05 ) .After 8 weeks of treatment , the physiological symptom score (1.07 ±0.24), somatization symptom score (128 ±0.22), sleep status score (128 ±0.32), anxiety and strong forced symptom score (1.45 ±0.39) of the observation group were lower than (188 ±0.23), (1.81 ±0.29), (1.79 ±0.34) and (1.87 ±0.38) of the control group, respectively (P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.77%which was higher than 85.92%of the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary hypertension can fundamentally improve the balance of yin and yang , blood stasis of qi and blood , the clinical symptoms and quality of life , and is worthy of promotion .
