补肾活血法治疗冠心病心律失常的临床观察

目的观察补肾活血法治疗冠心病心律失常(CHA)的疗效。方法将来自本院2013年01月—2014年12月心血管专科门诊的100例冠心病心律失常患者,随机分成治疗组、对照组。对照组予西药常规治疗,治疗组加用补肾活血的左归丸、右归丸、大补元煎等加味的中药,服药前后记录患者临床症状、心电图、24小时动态心电图、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、丙二醛(MDA)、血液流变学等。结果加用补肾活血的左归丸、右归丸、大补元煎等加味的中药治疗后,患者心律失常症状总有效率达到94%,心电图和动态心电图总有效率达到90%,血NO、SOD、CRP、MDA、血液流变学等指标较治疗前均有明显改善,与对照组相比,有明显差异(P0.05)。结论补肾活血法治疗冠心病心律失常疗效明显,且没有任何毒副作用。

Clinical Observation on the Therapy of Tonifying the Kidney and Activating Blood in the Treatment of Arrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the therapy of tonifying the kidney and activating blood in the treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease .Methods 100 cases patients with arrhythmia of coronary heart disease came from the cardiovascular medicine of our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014, and they were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment .The treatment group was given tonifying the kidney and activating blood herbs of Zuogui pill , Yougui pill and Dabu Yuanjian on the basis of routine treatment .The symptoms, ECG, Holter and serum NO, SOD, CRP, MDA and hemorheology were recorded before and after treatment .Results After given tonifying the kidney and activating blood herbs of Zuogui pill , Yougui pill and Dabu Yuanjian on the basis of routine treatment , the total effective rate of symptoms of the treatment group was 94%, the total effective rate of ECG and Holter of the treatment group was 90%, and the patients'serum NO, SOD, CRP, MDA and hemorheology were significant improved (P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group , and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of tonifying the kidney and activating blood in the treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease has significant effect , and without any side effect .
