针刺结合康复训练治疗脑血管疾病吞咽障碍46例

目的探讨采用针刺结合康复训练治疗脑血管疾病吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法随机选取本院2013年10月—2015年3月期间收治的脑血管疾病后吞咽障碍患者92例,按照患者意愿将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者仅接受常规药物治疗结合康复训练,观察组患者则在对照组的治疗基础上结合针刺治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(P0.05)。结论对脑血管疾病吞咽障碍患者行针刺结合康复训练的综合治疗,可促进患者吞咽功能的有效改善,对于提高患者的生活质量具有十分积极的作用。

Acupuncture combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Dysphagia of Cerebral Vascular Disease for 46 Cases

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia of cerebral vascular disease .Methods 92 cases of patients with dysphagia of cerebral vascular disease in our hospital from October 2013 to March 2015 were randomly selected , in accordance with the wishes of patients , and they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group received only conventional drug therapy combined rehabilitation training .The observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group .The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups was analyzed retrospectively .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group , patients, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia of cerebral vascular disease can promote effectively improve swallowing function , and has a very positive role in improving the quality of life of patients .
