2型糖尿病大血管病变中医病因病机分析

随着社会经济的发展及生活方式改变,2型糖尿病患病率逐年增高,目前中国糖尿病患者已达1亿以上,而大血管并发症是糖尿病主要致死原因,现代医学对其尚无有效方法。近年来,中医药对于大血管病变的研究不断深入,治疗取得了较大进展。现对大血管病变的中医病因病机、施治、基础研究等方面的进展做一总结,以提出益气养阴、活血化瘀、通络的治则。

Analysis on TCM Etiology and Pathogenesis of Type 2 Diabetic Macroangiopathy

With the development of social economy and lifestyle changes , the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus increased year by year . At present, the Chinese diabetes patients have reached more than 100 million, macroangiopathy is the main cause of death in diabetic patients, and modern medicine has no effective way to deal with it .In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine for macroangiopathy own studies have advanced , and great progress has been made in the field .Now TCM etiology and pathogenesis , treatment and basic research on the macroangiopathy were summarized , and the therapeutic principle was benefiting qi to nourish yin , promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and removing obstruction in collaterals .
