疏肝降糖汤联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的临床分析

目的探讨疏肝降糖汤联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的临床效果。方法以2014年1月—2015年3月本院收治的108例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其按照住院先后顺序分为研究组与对照组。给予对照组患者单纯二甲双胍进行治疗,同时给予研究组患者疏肝降糖汤联合二甲双胍进行治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖水平、餐后2h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平对比,结果无显著性差异(P0.05);治疗后,研究组患者空腹血糖水平、餐后2h血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P0.05);研究组患者生活质量各指标评分均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论疏肝降糖汤联合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病有着较好的临床效果,能改善患者血糖水平,提升其生活质量,值得推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Shugan Jiangtang Decoction combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Jiangtang decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes.Method From January 2014 to March 2015, 108 cases of patients with diabetes were selected as the research objects. According to the order of hospitalization, they were divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with metformin.The study group was given Shugan Jiangtang decoction combined with metformin .The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed .Result The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose levels, glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).After treatment, the fasting blood glucose level, 2h blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jiangtang decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of diabetes has good clinical effect , can improve the blood glucose level of patients , improve the quality of life , and it is worthy of popularization and application.
