中西结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征30例

目的观察艾灸百会穴结合匹维溴铵治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将60例腹泻型肠易激综合症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组各30例。对照组予匹维溴铵50mg口服,每日3次,10天一个疗程,治疗组在对照组基础上结合艾灸百会穴治疗法,艾灸每次45分钟,隔日1次,10天为一个疗程;两组均治疗3个疗程,分别观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后及治疗后1个月的临床症状量表评分及生活质量量表评分,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组显愈率83.33%,对照组显愈率66.67%,二者具有显著性差异(P0.05);两组患者治疗结束后临床症状评分、生活质量评分较治疗前相比均显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组患者治疗结束后及治疗后一个月回访时临床症状评分、生活质量评分的改善程度均较对照组良好,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论艾灸百会穴结合匹维溴铵治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,能显著减轻患者的临床症状并提升生活质量,治疗效果及远期疗效均优于对照组。

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome for 30 Cases

Objective To compare the difference on clinical curative effect and the quality of life of patients between the therapy of moxibustion at Baihui (GV 20) and pinaverium bromide in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 60 cases of patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into moxibustion group and Western medicine group, with 30 cases in each group.The moxibustion group was treated by moxibustion at Baihui (GV 20), 45 minutes each time, once every other day, and ten days was a course of treatment.The Western medicine group were treated with pinaverium bromide 50mg, 3 times a day, 10 days was a course of treatment.Two groups were treated for 3 courses.The clinical symptom scale score and quality of life scale score before the first treatment, at the end of treatment and one month after the end of treatment were observed.The statistical analysis was carried out.Results The cure rate of the moxibustion group and Western medicine group was 83.33%and 66.67%, respectively, and the difference between the two groups was significant ( P <0.05 ) .The clinical symptom score and quality of life score of two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .The improvement of clinical symptom score and quality of life score after treatment of the moxibustion group was significantly different from those of the Western medicine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion at Baihui (GV 20) in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the quality of life, and the therapeutic effect and long-term effect were better than those of Western medicine group.
