慢性肾功能衰竭中医护理的效果

目的分析对慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用中医护理技术进行护理干预的应用效果。方法本组收集2013年10月—2014年10月间我院接诊的80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行临床研究,通过随机分组法将其分成对照组(40例)与研究组(40例)。对照组给予常规护理服务,研究组则在对照组的护理基础上加用中医护理技术进行护理干预。观察及对比两组的护理效果。结果经积极的护理干预后,研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭患者采用中医护理技术进行干预可有效提高患者的治疗效果,值得推广使用。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on chronic renal failure .Methods 80 patients who suffered from the chronic renal failure and accepted treatments in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were taken as the research objects , and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random grouping method , with 40 patients in each group .In the control group , they were received routine nursing care , while in the observation group, on the basis of the control group , they were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention .Then, the nursing effect of these two groups were observed and compared .Result After positive nursing intervention , the total effect rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with chronic renal failure can effectively improve the therapeutic effect , and it is worthy of promotion and application .
