激素治疗肾病综合征所致不良反应的中医药辨证防治观察

目的临床观察中药防治糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征过程中所致不良作用的有效性。方法选取我科接受糖皮质激素治疗的肾病综合征患者73例,治疗组38例,对照组35例。两组均采用口服糖皮质激素醋酸泼尼松治疗。治疗组根据中医分期辨证论治加入中药汤剂治疗。结果治疗组发生不良作用机率明显低于对照组。结论中医药辨证论治法可有效防治糖皮质激素对肾病综合征患者产生的不良作用,对疾病本身具有治疗作用,可提高患者的生存质量。

Clinical Observation of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment on the Side Effects induced by Hormone Therapy in Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To observe the effectiveness of TCM prevention and treatment on glucocorticoid in treating side effects induced by nephrotic syndrome. Methods Selecting 73 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome received glucocorticoid therapy. The treatment group included 38 cases. The control group included 35 cases. The two groups were treated with oral glucocorticoids prednisone acetate. The treatment group was given additionally Chinese medicine decoction according to the TCM syndrome differentiation. Result The probability of side effect of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment can effectively prevent and treat glucocorticoid side effects in patients with nephrotic syndrome, has therapeutic effect, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
