中医四联疗法治疗输卵管性不孕症的效果研究

目的对治疗输卵管性不孕症过程中中医四联疗法的应用效果进行分析与研究。方法对本院在2012年7月—2013年7月间收治的输卵管性不孕症患者82例进行研究,将82例患者分为,对照组41例与治疗组41例,分别采取常规输卵管通液技术和中医四联疗法进行治疗。分析比较两组的总有效率、输卵管通畅度。结果治疗组的总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(75.61%);治疗组的输卵管通畅度(82.93%)高于对照组(63.41%),P0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在治疗输卵管性不孕症的过程中,中医四联疗法的应用效果突出,适合普及推广。

Study on the Effect of Quadruple Therapy of TCM in the Treatment of Tubal Infertility

Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of quadruple therapy of TCM in the treatment of tubal infertility .Methods 82 cases of tubal infertility in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were treated.They were divided into control group of 41 cases and treatment group of 41 cases, which was treated with conventional tubal fluid technology and quadruple therapy of TCM , respectively.The total effective rate and tubal patency was analyzed and compared .Results The effective rate of the treatment group (95.12%) was higher than that of the control group ( 75.61%) .The tubal patency of the treatment group ( 82.93%) was higher that of the control group (63.41%) P<0.05, and the difference was statistically significant .Conclusions The quadruple therapy of TCM in the treatment of tubal infertility has application effect , and is suitable for popularization .
