中药配合鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效观察

目的探索对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者采用鼻内镜手术联合中药治疗的临床效果。方法收集我院接诊的伴有鼻息肉的80例慢性鼻窦炎患者进行临床研究,将所有患者随机分成对照组和研究组,每组各有40例。对照组患者单纯给予鼻内镜手术治疗,研究组采用鼻内镜手术联合鼻渊舒口服液进行治疗。观察及对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论对鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者采用鼻内镜手术联合中药治疗疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine combined with Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in the Treatment of Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps .Methods 80 cases of patients had chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects , and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group , with 40 patients in each group .In the control group , they were treated with the endoscopic sinus surgery .In the study group , they were treated with the endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Biyuanshu oral liquid .Then, the clinical therapeutic effect of these two groups of patients were compared and observed . Result The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps has significantly clinical effect , and is worthy of clinical application .
