中医治疗高血压脑出血的临床研究进展

高血压性脑出血属于"中风"范畴,经研究发现此类疾病的发生发展与长期高血压导致的脑细、小动脉发生玻璃样或纤维样变性相关,导致血管壁的强度降低,从而导致血管出现局限性的扩张,当受到其他因素影响时,则易引起血压剧烈持续性升高,从而引起出血,对患者的生命健康造成了严重威胁。近年来,随着中医药在高血压脑出血治疗中的应用更加广泛,我院现针对高血压脑出血的发病原因、中医辨证的治疗方法进行研究分析,总结了中医治疗高血压脑出血的临床研究进展。

Clinical Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage belongs to the category of “stroke”, the study found that such disease development and long-term hypertension lead to cerebral thin and small artery associated hyaline degeneration or fiber , results in the decrease of the strength of the vessel wall leading to the expansion of blood vessels appear limitations , when affected by other factors , it is easy to cause severe persistent rise in blood pressure , leading to bleeding , which caused a serious threat to life and health of patients .In recent years , with the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage more widely , the etiology of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation were studied and analyzed , and the research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was summarized .
