浮针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

目的观察浮针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将96例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组48例。治疗组采用浮针疗法,对照组采用西医传统疗法牵引配合中频电疗,一个疗程后对两组治疗起效及消失时间、治疗前与治疗后疼痛程度VAS评分及临床疗效进行分析比较。结果治疗组起效及消失时间明显优于对照组;治疗组与对照组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P0.01);治疗后VAS评分治疗组均低于对照组(P0.01);治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组比较P0.01。以上数据说明治疗组与对照组疗效有明显差异。结论浮针治疗颈型颈椎病疗效显著。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Floating-Needle in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of floating-needle in the treatment of cervical spondylosis .Methods 96 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , with 48 in each group.The treatment group was given floating-needle therapy .The control group adopted traditional Western medicine therapy , traction treatment combined with medium frequency electrotherapy .After one period of treatment , the initial time of effect and symptom disappearance time , pain degree , VAS scores and clinical effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared .Results The initial time of effect and symptom disappearance time of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group .After treatment , VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.01).After treatment, VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95.8% and 75.0%, P<0.01.The above date showed that the therapeutic effect between the treatment group and the control group had obvious difference .Conclusion The effect of floating-needle in treating cervical spondylosis is significant .
