慢性胃炎合并Hp阳性45例

目的评价慢性胃炎并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性应用自拟汤剂治疗的临床效果。方法将90例在我院消化内科门诊接受治疗的慢性胃炎并Hp阳性患者随机划分为两组,对照组45例接受常规三联疗法治疗,实验组45例在此基础上联用消幽护胃方治疗,疗程为4周,观察两组临床疗效、Hp根除率、不良反应。结果实验组患者的临床总有效率、Hp根除率分别为93.3%、77.8%,与对照组的73.3%、55.6%相比均显著更高,差异纳入统计学分析均有意义(P0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论应用自拟消幽护胃方治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎有助于改善临床症状,根除Hp,且不良反应少,是一种收效理想的治疗方案,值得临床借鉴与推广。

Chronic Gastritis with Hp Positive for 45 Cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of self-made decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori ( Hp) positive.Methods 90 patients of chronic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori ( Hp) positive accepted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups .45 cases in the control group received conventional triple therapy , and 45 cases in the experimental group received Xiaoyou Huwei decoction based on the control group .The treatment period was 4 weeks.The clinical effect , Hp eradication rate and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed .Results The clinical total effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the experimental group was 93.3%and 77.8%, respectively, which was higher than 73.3% and 55.6% of the control group, respectively.The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups .Conclusions The application of self-made Xiaoyou Huwei decoction in the treatment of HP positive chronic gastritis is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and eradicate Hp .Adverse reactions are less .It is a convergence of the ideal treatment , and is worthy of clinical reference and promotion .
