中医治疗糖尿病临床效果分析

目的探讨中医治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将120例糖尿病患者随机分为两组(各60例),对照组实施常规西医治疗,研究组实施中医辨证治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,研究组与对照组的FPG、2h-PG水平均较治疗前明显降低,并且研究组治疗后的FPG、2h-PG水平均显著低于对照组,P0.05;研究组的治疗显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,P0.05。结论对糖尿病患者实施中医辨证治疗,能有效降低并控制血糖水平,临床疗效确切,值得推广。

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM in treating diabetes mellitus .Methods: 120 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups ( n=60 ) .The control group was treated with routine Western medicine .The research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment .The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups .Results: After treatment , the levels of FPG and 2h-PG in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group , the level of 2h-PG and FPG in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group , the effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group , and the adverse reaction rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P <0.05.Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation can effectively reduce and control blood glucose level , has definite clinical effect , and is worthy of promotion .
