补阳还五汤对脑卒中后抑郁的影响

目的探讨补阳还五汤对脑卒中后抑郁的影响。方法选取我院脑病科住院部收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者117例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组58例采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,观察组59例在对照组基础上采用补阳还五汤治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效的差异。结果观察组治疗有效率100.00%明显高于对照组的70.69%,治疗后观察组患者HAMD评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论补阳还五汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Post-stroke Depression

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on post-stroke depression.Methods Selecting 117 cases of patients with post-stroke depression in our hospital, the patients were divided into observation group and control group by random digit table. Two groups were given basic treatment, the control group ( n =58) was also given droperidol thiadiazole melitracen tablets.The observe group (59 cases) was given Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of the control group.The difference on clinical curative effect was compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 100%which was significantly higher than 70.69%of the control group. After treatment, the HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions : Buyang Huanwu decoction on post-stroke depression has significantly clinical effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
